All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges unless an error was made with your order.
Incorrect or Damaged Orders
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged due to our error, contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact.kainomade@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review the situation and work to make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
Because all sales are final, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for any reason other than an error on our part. This includes sale items, custom or personalized products, gift cards, and items purchased by mistake.
