Returns or exchanges are only accepted in the event that we made an error with your order. Since each item is handmade, all sales are final. However, if something about your order wasn’t what you expected, please reach out, we’re always happy to work with you to find the best possible solution.

Yes, we do accept custom orders! When custom orders are closed, an alert will be displayed on the home page of the shop. To request a custom order, please fill out the form on the Contact Us page and we’ll get back to you via email shortly.

Custom orders typically take 2–4 weeks to be made, depending on our current order volume and material shipment timing. Premade usually ship within 3–4 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes an additional 3–4 business days.

Not at the moment. Due to international tariffs, customs fees, and shipping restrictions, we currently ship only within the United States.
